HOW TO ORDER
Our shopping cart is very easy to use. It provides both an online and a offline options. Select a quantity for each item you would like to purchase and then click the "Add to Cart" button. It will be added to your cart and you may continue shopping. Click the "My Cart" button at any time to review your order. Orders for Alabama residents will have 5.5% sales tax added to the order. When finished, you may make payment by 2 different payment methods. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received. We currently only ship to the continental U.S.

You may use our shopping cart and pay with credit card or bank withdrawal using PayPal.

ABOUT SHIPPING
We ship by both USPS Priority Mail and UPS, your preference. Shipping cost is the same for either shipping service, however, insurance cost for each is different. If you would like shipping other than USPS Priority Mail or UPS, please call us at 256-683-3390 between 10 am and 5 pm Central Time and leave a message. Other shipping methods include second day and overnight. This will be an added cost to your bill. We have daily pick-up until 12 noon on business days. Orders placed after 12 noon CT will go out the next business day.

INSURANCE
If you choose USPS insurance, then ANY damage or mishap is handled through your post office. Please keep all packing materials and take your box and shipping invoice to them. They will take care of the transaction. This is the way the post office prefers this to be done. IF you do not choose this option, then all claims of any kind are void. We are not responsible for any loss or damage once it leaves here. We pack everything very securely. Some customers do prefer the less expensive shipping charges though so we give you a choice.

Items shipped via UPS are automatically insured up to the first $100. For items valued from $100.01 - $300, it is $1.50 minimum. Any damage is to be handled through your UPS carrier. Please keep all packing and call them for a claim form.

Return Policies
A. Your purchase is guaranteed. If you do not like it for any reason, you have the option of sending it back, with no questions asked. Returned merchandise is at your expense and it must be insured. You must email or call for a return authorization number that you must include when returning items. You must call or email with in ONE week of receiving it or we cannot accept the return. Then the items must be received by us within 7 business days after you receive an authorization number from me. If it arrives back in bad or damaged condition and you have not insured it, no refund will be made. Any returns made without an authorization number and NOT made within 7 business days of receiving the authorization number from us will not be honored.
B. Shipping is refundable ONLY if I sent the wrong item and you need to make a return. If it is being returned for any other reason, original shipping is taken out of the refund. If you are unsure of anything about the item(s) you want to order, call or email me first – RebeccasCottage@knology.net
C. Special and Custom orders are not returnable.

Damaged Items
A. Rebecca’s Cottage will not be responsible for damaged items, should you choose to have items shipped without insurance. If you purchase insurance, the carrier will handle any damage problems.
B. Items arriving with damage and insured must be taken care of through YOUR carrier.......either Priority Mail or UPS. Please keep all packing materials, boxes and purchase order. Contact the appropriate carrier and follow their directions.

Personal Information Policies
Any email address or other personal information that is sent to Rebecca’s Cottage will NOT be sold to anyone. Your information is used by our company only. Information entered on the PayPal site will be used in accordance with PayPal policies. If you wish to receive periodic information from me about new items or craft/art shows in your area, please email me at RebeccasCottage@knology.net and ask to be added to my email list. Email addresses will not be shared with other customers.
